off time
1 10 2011Having a great trip. Up the coast to Mendo for an amazing gathering of the “wee folk”, the “good neighbors”, elves or whatever at the wedding of our good friends Chris and Rachel. Then on to gold rush country for my brother’s family, then on to Joshua Tree for my wife’s Mother’s and her sweet man.
Along the way we’ve been amazed and educated by good wine makers, enthralled by faerie, spanked by the Pacific, tested by a forty three year old vehicle and had a wonderful time. Back to Avalon this week and ready for Halloween (and our 18th wedding anniversary) in Kentucky. See you wherever.

Busy, busy!
7 03 2011Experiencing some technical difficulties with my iPhone and WordPress, so no photos at this time.
Having a great trip so far. Thanks to all the folks who are making it impossible for me to keep up with my surfboard inventory. Stop in at Surfindian and see my latest HPH; 8’2″ with a stunning resin job by Jorge at Bing, up on the hill at the old Channin factory. Looks like a Mexican blanket is laminated into the deck. It is impossible for me to overstate the impact this color job has on first sight. Those guys certainly make me look good.
Doing some fun tattoos also, you all know who you are, and thanks for your patience and support. I’ll try to get some photos up soon.
