The bottom contours that I typically use are tuned for a center fin. To go to three fins I’ll have to modify my contours and rocker and I’m not really confident that I have the knowledge to pull that off well. There are a number of shapers that already have a three fin arrangement for this style of board. Skip and Chris Christenson come to mind.
